In my role as Principal Recruiter for BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, I am responsible for finding, attracting and hiring top performers for our executive and hard to fill positions in Tennessee. I am also responsible for strategic recruitment plans and innovative solutions for our Executives as well as being a mentor to our team. Other responsibilities include the ability to be a relationship builder, drive complex negotiations, utilization of a strategic vision with a tactical approach and possess excellent communication skills.
