Formely the co-founder and CEO of Rogers & Associates Advertising, one of the largest recruitment ad agencies in North America. After the company was acquired by TMP Worldwide, Curtis remained as Division President. He later moved to EmployChina.com, where he grew the site to one of the largest full-service employment companies and job boards in China. Currently, Curtis is President/Founder of CKR Group, a recruitment ad agency that specializes in employment communications with a strong focus on consulting and marketing driven strategy.
