Yoonew and b5media are both small businesses that are growing rapidly. The more information that b5media puts on their career site, the more they represent who they are and what they’re all about, and the more candidates get to see. The right candidates make the leap to apply, and are encouraged to do so; the wrong candidates know they’re not the right fit and don’t bother applying as frequently.
